I reckon something will change with the 363 as 32503-32508 have all been debranded.

I reckon something will change with the 363 as 32503-32508 have all been debranded. Could be just Huddersfield depot scrapping the branding. They've already done it with the 301/302, 328 and the old 348/350/351/352 routes in the past.

The 363 branding was removed a few months ago, most of it was already missing.
The buses need a repaint now as the branding can still be seen on the paintwork.

Most of the changes by First appear to be little used early morning Mon-Sat journeys in the Calderdale/Huddersfield districts. However, there is one cancellation which I am concerned about!

I hope they don't reduce the 521 to hourly, particularly before 9pm when it is often pretty busy despite the disjointed timetable (7.50, 8.20, 8.50, 9.25, 9.55, 10.25, 11.10)

Centrebus are getting everywhere, if they hang onto 728 long enough does this mean they will be getting into the historic market as well..............

Scania 783 was actually on 38 most of this evening (Wed). It ran off out of service back to the depot about 23.05 from Moortown Corner.

Stumbled across this document on the Leeds Simple Fares pages: www.simplefaresleeds.com/assets/pdf/Leeds_Boundary_Map.pdfThis is the latest network map which seems to include the forthcoming October changes. It shows the following network changes (although these can't be taken as confirmed yet). The 18/18A service revised as follows: Service 18: Leeds > Templegate > Colton Sainsburys Service 19/19A: Ireland Wood (19) / Tinshill (19A) > Leeds > Whitkirk > East Garforth, with some buses running via Templegate/Colton/Thorpe Park Note that Ninelands Lane appears to be no longer served by First. No indication of course of the frequency of these services. The 91A looks like it will be withdrawn. Also some other bits I've noticed from the map, but these could just be errors so nothing is confirmed yet. Looks like the 16A will be withdrawn. The 48 could be reduced to run Middleton to Leeds only. The 71 is shown with some buses running to Wigton Moor but also some running from Primley Park straight down to Moortown Corner via Harrogate Road. Bradford services 650, 652, 653, 709, 710 do not appear on this map. So nothing concrete yet but some interesting things nonetheless.

Also noticed that the 74A looks to be following the 74 route from Belle Isle to Leeds not serving Hunslet Carr. The drunken roudy pensioners from Hunslet Sports and Social will be putting through windows with their sticks in protest!

Instead of messing around with the 71 why not bring back the 47 to cover upto wigton moor. the 19/19A looks pointless tbh, no route varation apart from ireland wood/tinshill. How often does the 18 run?

Don't understand why re-number the 18/18A to 19/19A. It would have made more sense to have what the 19/19A will be as 18/18A and number what the 18 will be as 19.
Theories from the map: *19/19A will run through every 10 minutes to Garforth (up from 20 minutes). *18 runs half-hourly between Colton and Leeds *71 runs every 15 mins (or possibly 10 mins going off map and Overground key) with half-hourly or hourly extensions each to Wigton Moor or Moortown replacing the 48. *91 increased to 20 minutes along full route in place of 91A (reduced between Bramley and Harehills from 15 mins) or all 91/91A journeys numbered 91 and run to Halton Moor instead of St James's.

I think the renumeration of the 18 is because of confusion caused before with the 18/18A interchanging their route often (temple gates and colton/garfort termni).

If you zoom in further into the map, it states that the 71 runs every 15 minutes in small letters. I'm surprised the 91A wasn't withdrawn in the July 2009 service changes.

Maybe the 91 could be increased to every 20 mins but more likely it will just be half-hourly, back to how it was before the 91A.
My guess with the 19/19A is that frequencies will remain more or the less the same. From I Wood/Leeds to Garforth out as the 19 and back as the 19A to Tinshill, with short 19/19A journeys filling in to keep the 10 minute service between Tinshill/Ireland Wood/Leeds. These short journeys or the short journeys on service 5 would probably interwork with the 18. But who knows! (Heck, it's a whole 3 and a half weeks away, why bother letting the public know about the changes yet...)
I did notice the 74A route through Belle Isle but the previous network map also shows this route (which was implemented for a short time last year) so I put this down to error. It is a silly diversion though, leaving Pepper Road with no evening/Sunday service (now the 86 is daytime only) and Hunslet Carr has no daytime service but 2 buses per hour each way evening/Sunday (with the 481).

I'm pleased for the residents of Newlands/Warley in Calderdale as their bus service is retained as the 546 - however it is not being run as before or by who we thought. The 832 is also changing plus Centrebus will be taking over another route in Halifax that we did not know about. Sorry about this vagueness - but it stimulates interest!
