the 14:30 128 from Wakey used to go into horbury high school grounds until a year or so ago. There is a difference between passengers already onboard a journey remaining on that vehicle whilst it picks up inside the school grounds and non-school passengers boarding/alighting inside the school grounds, schools have no authority over the former and absolute control over the later. Schools have really tightened up who has access to the premises and they get quite twitchy about strangers just wandering about. true. That will be why it now stops on the main road.

Arriva have Frank Lane on the dewsbury buses for 281/282/283 although they only terminate there in bad snow conditions. Arriva also still have 262 info on the dewsbury & hecky buses (deckers included) althougharriva hasn't run the route for a few years (sunday only).

Arriva Plaxton Pointer bodied Dennis Dart, 260 running on 26 service between York City and Fulford. Usually always an Optare Solo. Might explain why 1 of the 3 Selby Town service boards was being operated by a President (clocked 261/2 on others). I don't think Arriva's Selby depot have any E200s left as of this week? the solos will be due their MOT or maybe of to Optare for maintainence or checkups

Deliveries of the Streetdecks should be imminent, several are at Heysham now. I've seen reported 35202/4/211 and several other UID ones waiting to be picked up. Most if not all of these are now parked at Bradford for temporary storage. Just to clarify on the Streetdeck / Gemini issue, the easy way to understand it is that the name Streetdeck name only applies to the complete Wright built vehicle ; ie both chassis and body are built by Wright similar to Streetlite. Although the body is similar it's a Gemini 3 when built on a third party chassis such as Volvo B5TL. You're wright, sorry right about the Gemini 3 with two styles, the very early examples had the main body style of the new Gemini 3 with smaller windows etc but they had the Gemini 2 front, ie similar front as on Leeds 36181-278. Don't think that option is offered now. so what does Arriva's 1500-1548 get classed as these are seem to be 100% Wright as the dash area is exactly the same as streetlites right down to the speedometer???

LOT 4 on 252 Leeds, may have electrical problem. Nearside indicator constantly on, instead of flashing when used. station coaches had that with YAZ but it was goes the bulb and glass had slipped so it got a firm whack from the driver's hand and the problem has occured since but surely the LOT driver would have seen it the indicator not flashing via the dash or seen it in the defect log as (although im only a newish enthusiast) it should have been picked up on the morning walk around before leaving the depot.

Because it terminated at the Wagon Lane stop, the general public are not allowed to travel into the school grounds. Also it could be mistaken for a school special. Incidentally I once caught the 200 ? service bus between Huddersfield and the depot (I was going somewhere on Leeds Road) but the driver didn't notice me on the bus at the last stop and wouldn't let me off at the depot so I had to remain on until the first stop on the return journey. That's wrong because you are allowed to travel on the staff bus into first bradford grounds and a 549 service from brighouse in the afternoon also goes into the school grounds the 14:30 128 from Wakey used to go into horbury high school grounds until a year or so ago.

it can do the run like the mini e200s as small than a pulsar, a commander and the centro. Even the evolutions can be put on the run. I certainly wouldnt want anything bigger than a short E200 as it usually not the roads that are the problem, but the idiotic and irresponsible car drivers that just dump their cars outside their houses when they get home ! Penfold give me the mpds over mini e200s anyday as they could tackle anything.

True and a few areas near Ossett too. Isn't a lot of the 105 route not the 'old' 119/120 (2005-2007) which did see singles on it occasionally. the 105 does the 102's old run from Wakey to Portobello Road and the old run from Wakey to Peacock Estate that ?114/115 ran.

The only problem that I can recall on the minibus network is the 'u turn' to come out of the loop at Portobello, although one night I did get a Prestige round there. Turning right out of Lupset Estate would be more of a problem than the Portobello turn for anything more than a short E200 Sent via SM-G901F from Penfold on the road. True and a few areas near Ossett too.

Must have been a late substitue as its was parked on layover with S.N.I.S on the blinds at 08:00. Not sure but i think 3044 had to be swapped with a mini e200 as that was what passed my work at 09:00 which after the trip to Wakefield 41. 3044 was back on is normal haunts about 1230 with a good load on for Pinderfields ! I believe it was due its monthly safety check around 10 am. Penfold i see. Makes sense to do the school trip and back to depot.

Just heard a Waterloo driver telling a Sapphire driver that Leeds has in fact closed but the landlord is letting them stay on until after the leeds review in the summer and when a depot is found. So it's in fact closed but is still open thats what was said.

This is proved correct HP will have the most with 3 differing models followed by Doncaster with 2 differing models. Another interesting thing is that HP have got both the traditional and MMC models of e400 if im not mistaken. Bramley has traditional E400s yes i know that. But the list shows HP getting tradtional & MMC e400s and either streetdecks or gemini 3s (which bramley and bradford r getting) where as bramley & bradford will be receving the streetdecks or gemini 3s whichever it as.
