Arriva-Yorkshire new vehicles during 2008, a total of 43 new buses entered service, and another 42 will start arriving from late April.
The plans are: Dewsbury: 17 Enviro 200 s/d for services 281/283 Castleford: 13 Optare s/d for services 163/166 Selby: 8 Wright DB300 d/d for service 415 Wakefield: 4 more Wright s/d for services 126/127
10 Darts will move from Dewsbury to Wakefield, and Ikaruses 20-28 will be withdrawn along with 616 and a few other "old favourites".

If wakefield are to receive 4 more Wright single deckers will they be SB200 Pulsars or B7RLE Eclipses like Heckmondwike?

would be evry intresting to see a Mix of wrights on the 126/7. Least Arriva have a Variety of buses and not standardised on one body like First. Good to get a mix bunch ike Optares, Wrights and Alexander Dennis etc.

I'm a bit puzzled here what has Belle Isle's Wright Singles of any style got to do with Dewsbury Enviro 200s.

I don't think it was a Cas one, as it didn't have a fixed number plate it had a red one with a piece of string hanging from the back window!

I was talking to a driver and he said the end of May. This indicated to me that they would be received then and my immediate thoughts were for service in June, but it is only speculation, yet he did seem assured.
