These images aren't the best as they are the ones displayed on the display boards

These images aren't the best as they are the ones displayed on the display boards I agree they are not the best, but I have since found out that they should start arriving probably at BELLE ISLE this week, for inspection and preparing for 281-3 prior to moving to Dewsbury.

So If they are out today, I will get a pic of them! Not sure when they will be entering service they are arriving at a rate of 2 per day for the rest of the week. The one in the picture 1051 is not branded. Couple of things which might delay them entering service, driver familiarization and do Arriva want some publicity splash with them hitting the street en mass I understand that 2 more one being 1055 are already there as well.

Two more to be delivered this afternoon. Front logos to be fitted before entry in to service and we might find a couple in service by the weekend.

Have Dewsbury withdrawn the Ikarus's now as I have been out and about today and didn't see any of the ones that are going to be withdrawn out today. Most of the workings seemed to be ALX 200's instead of the DAF's

No as they wouldn't be able to operate all their services if all the Ikaruses had been withdrawn

I have been invited to the launch of these buses Maybe you could elaborate and tell us where the launch would be happening and any possible marketing scheme being used when they're launched.

They look quite smart, the route description on the branding above the windows, could Arriva have made the writing any smaller? It also fails to mention the fact that certain journeys also serve Bradford.
