I know its off topic, But Bus Vannin (The IOM Bus company) was one of the launch customers for the Streetlite, But after less than 12 months service they cancelled an order for a second batch, Due to reliability problems. It is believed they are now actively seeking to rid themselves of the first batch. Thats not good is it ?.

No the Streetlite isn't good but i would prefer to have a Streetlite to this: www.youtube.com/user/YT03AYF?feature=mhee#p/u/1/aZmPDliWdBYIts NG02NZC. This vehicle is in a very bad way, Lets see. Graffiti on most of the rear seats, Vibrated me to death when it was stationary (As seen in the video at 2.34) However i must say the driver was the best bus driver ive had on Tate's Travel and i was very impressed at his driving. All buses should be like this one which is YX61DOU. The demo dart Enviro 200 (Built in Falkirk (Well) Not Scarborough (Crap). www.youtube.com/user/YT03AYF?feature=mhee#p/u/0/WwhdhRU3OM8

No i'm saying that one (Built in Falkirk) Is better then most and has a very nice interior.
I think its well known i don't like Enviro 200s. The ones built at Scarborough are falling to bits, rattle all the time and generally are cold in winter. I find this one nice and in a good condition and thats what i'm saying.

Dont know how you think the ones built in Scotland are crap because they are the best!!!

Was saying Falkirk (Built them Well) and Scarborough (Built them Crap) But that isn't what you said earlier. You seem to change your mind as often as I have hot dinners... Bad Malli, Enviro 200s are cheap, rubbish and worse of all not built very well.

Was saying Falkirk (Built them Well) and Scarborough (Built them Crap) Which if true is a remarkable change in circumstances. Traditionally Scarborough built bodies have been practically bomb-proof and held together well - and right up to the Centro that was still the case, the Plaxton Centro body is pretty well built and free from rattles regardless of operator, although the Pointer low-floor body appears to have been prone to not lasting as well as some subsequent bodies - and does appear to have been more affected by how well maintained the vehicle was than others. As rumour would have it, in days past the workers at Falkirk (when still Alexanders) would leave ball-bearings in the roof lining so they would be left rolling around inside the roof from then on and Falkirk built bodies have never been the best put together.

The G-OWR Olympians at Bradford certainly had the phenomenon of the roof rolling noise.

Not on the SY Transport forum so wouldn't know, On another note the bus involved in the fire at Wortley on Wednesday was one of Tate's.

X951CNO was the vehicle damaged by fire in Wortley (Possibly operating the 407). YX09HZH is now in service and i saw it today. Some fleet numbers i noted are:
1023 NG02NZB 1024 NG02NZC 1091 YX09HZH 1611 YX61BXH 1714 V714PHJ 1477 R477MCW 1649 R649VBM 1674 V674FPO 1143 R143RLY
Will get some more i suspect on Thursday fleetnumber wise when i get out but feel free to add to the list.

You sure about that, thought you was Waggy1 on their, certainly seems that way with your postings and comments you post to. Would also explain why when something is posted on there, within a few hours it ends up on here by yourself (not saying that is a bad thing either, before anyone jumps down my throat) just a bit of a coincidence for someone who claims not to be on there... A classic example is the information about X951 CNO...

The information on X951CNO was from a group of drivers on the 97. Most boards on the 97 are full of Drivers talking about this that and the other in the company and i use the service all the time as it goes up my end of town.

Just a quick point, fleetnumbers are now available on the Tates website, along with information on new vehicles joining the fleet. Also from the SY forum, there are a number of photos of YX09 DOU provided. No copyright infringement intended (copied as posted on the SY site):
