Even though the next Changing Times window is 24th April 2010, some services may change earlier than that, such as early April (which First Manchester are doing) and during March, like the following:
PB1011774/131 - GELDARDS COACHES LTD, UNIT 16C, ASHFIELD WAY, WHITEHALL INDUSTRIAL ESTATE,, WHITEHALL ROAD, LEEDS, LS12 5JB Variation Accepted: Operating between Leeds, Clarence Dock and Leeds, Headingly Campus given service number 28B effective from 09-Mar-2010. To amend Timetable.
PB1011774/140 - GELDARDS COACHES LTD, UNIT 16C, ASHFIELD WAY, WHITEHALL INDUSTRIAL ESTATE,, WHITEHALL ROAD, LEEDS, LS12 5JB Variation Accepted: Operating between Bradford Interchange and White Rose Centre given service number 711 effective from 09-Mar-2010. To amend Timetable

We can also expect significant changes to the Leeds/Bradford Airport / Otley routes as outlined previously.

Interesting news - there seems to be no stopping for Centrebus at the moment and something tells me that there will be more routes to follow!

Well, Arriva have part lost the 435/436, since they own 40% of Centrebus Holdings.
Hudds Bus winning the 435/436 does tie in well with their 80-85 services, which will allow anyone with a Centrebus dayticket to travel from parts of the 80-85 route to Wakefield or Holmfirth. Plus, gives them another route in Wakefield to add to the 231/232. Would be interesting if they took some Arriva routes from Wakefield, after what happen with First in Halifax.

Should be interesting to see how Huddersfield Bus work these services. Will they stand alone or be interworked at Wakefield with 231/2 That would require a of over 4 hours. Will the current school requirements still be included and are deckers required for this.

There is a £4 one that can be used anywhere on all Centrebus services in West Yorkshire & there is a Weekly ticket for £14 I think and can be used anywhere on the Centrebus network (All of the 528 Route)

Yep, £4 day, £14 weekly. Posters can be found on the inside of Huddersfield Bus and Centrebus Halifax buses. Nothing on K-Line, so can only assume that they cannot be used on their services.

Their is an advert on the 900/01 buses advertising price rises to the day tickets and it says they can be used on Hudds Bus/K Line. The prices are the same as those mentioned above so perhaps the above tickets can be used on K Line buses.

Would make sense since they're owned by Centrebus Holdings. Plus K-Line/Hudds Bus services have been listed as Centrebus at Huddersfield bus station's stand departure displays. Is it a matter of time until all services get branded as Centrebus services/livery?

This would make it a lot of sense and avoid confusion.

Isn't this exactly what First did and what they have been criticised for ever since?
I can't see any confusion for passengers in keeping the K-Line name and livery. I can see more confusion in getting rid of it.

Is it a matter of time until all services get branded as Centrebus services/livery? Except we have actually complained to Metro about not getting the right operator name on the departure screens at Huddersfield. I can't see K-Line disapearing any time soon and Huddersfield Bus Company already operate in Centrebus livery.

Confirmation of Huddersfield Bus winning contract to run 435/436, although, unsure if it's just the Monday-Saturday daytime service or if they have the evening and Sunday journeys too. Going off the bid figures, it does look like they have the full service. The contract is for 3 years. Arriva have won contracts to continue running the 153 and 173-175. They were unchallenged on the 173-175, while they beat M Travel and Tates Travel on the 153. www.wyita.gov.uk/NR/rdonlyres/45E4A070-9C76-4B56-999F-F5E60246DC7A/0/TSWG4FEBRUARY2010ITEM4.pdf
