the entry for the M3/M4 is very odd. The route is described as Colne to Keighley which is part of the M4 route. Then the change is described as an increase in frequency in Burnley to Padiham buses, which is not in that section of route and not served by the M4. The M3 does not go into North Yorkshire. And the frequency of buses in the affection section is decreasing. lancashirebus.co.uk/news.jsp?newsID=2762The MainLine network is changing, all routes run to or from Burnley: M1 Padiham and Accrington M2 Padiham and Clitheroe M3 Colne and Trawden M4 Colne and Keighley M5 Colne and Barnoldswick

My point is that's completely different from what NYCC have reported.

The 36 in the evening peak is going to run every 20 mins from Leeds Bus Station and every 20 mins from Infirmary Street so forming the 10 minute interval service at Briggate www.harrogatebus.co.uk/news.jsp?newsID=2769

For some reason, Metro are not showing changes to timetables for services in the Keighley area.
60 peak timetable changes, details above and below 66 some evening trips run 15 minutes earlier to provide better co-ordination between Keighley and Cross Hills with M4 67 one afternoon departure is 5 minutes later at 1435 K7 minor changes K9 afternoon peak change M4 no change to timetable in West Yorkshire

Looks like the service pattern will remain the same, although there could well be tweaks to the exact timings.

Heck the Bus Station is going to be a quieter place for foreseeable with stands not utilised unless they plan on redistributing the stands to make use of empty ones. Services with own stands: X84/X85, X6, 72, 27(97)/28 share, 6. Does the X11 have it's own stand or share with another service?

Transdev Keighley have announced changes to the 60 from the start of September. Besides changes due to the Headrow works they're putting on extra buses during the peaks (from 2pm in the afternoon!). On the morning peak it looks like there's just one extra bus - making the service briefly every 10 minutes at Saltaire and every 15 by Leeds. Despite the positivity, it sounds like there will be 40 minute gaps between buses going all the way to Keighley at some times, with others just running to Greengates. There are gaps of 35 minutes in the afternoon at the moment. They're already every 20 minutes 1635 to 1735 keighleybus.co.uk/news.jsp?newsID=2763The new timetable is out: www.keighleybus.co.uk/cmsUploads/route/files/AirelinetimetableSeptember2019WEB.pdfThere's 2 40 minute gaps. All buses every 20 minutes from 1555 to 1735 do the full route. The big surprise is the hour gap 1245 to 1345.

A couple more York services have been acquired by Transdev, some evening 14 Haxby-Foxwood Lane workings currently all operated by First and the Sat daytime 19 York-Skelton currently worked by Reliance. EDIT - from itravel York re the 14 Transdev will operate an evening service, with financial support from the council, from Monday 2 September. This will include hourly journeys between Haxby (West Nooks) and the city centre all evening, extending to Woodthorpe and Foxwood after First York’s commercial service finishes at around 9.30pm. This means that the bus service along Alness Drive, Acomb Wood Drive and Bellhouse Way will not operate until late evening.

Edit- Currently it looks like bus A does the 0755 & 0910 from Skelton, then bus B drops in at 0940 probably off a school run. So it'd stand to reason bus A gets canned for them to operate bus B at marginal cost. But then again they'd have built up some of their passenger base running a 30 min service surely.

Anybody got any idea how Keighley will provide extra buses on the 60?
Presumably the PVR will increase slightly?
