Halifax will get them eventually but not until they are about 15 years old I would guess..😂 Seriously though I can't imagine anything as new as that going to Halifax.

True.. But the majority of vehicles in the Halifax fleet are elderly. I lived in Halifax in the 80s and some of the oldest buses were around 10 years old. Times certainly have changed.

Any idea how much longer 30949-30953 have left in service? Surely they'll be reaching the end of their lives very soon

I’ve e noticed this week that a few of the ex Bradford buses that came to Leeds have started gaining Leeds skylines,I thought these were only on loan! So are they staying now?

32465 32470 - BG - Hudds 37675 37677 HP - BG Saw 32470 on route 342, wonder if it’s replacing the ALX400’s? The 398 seems to be using Gemini’s this week with 30950 being the only ALX400 on the route today (30953 was subbed earlier in the day)

32470 has now had its Leeds skylines removed, looks very tacky indeed.
Do First West Yorkshire actually refurbish their Buses? It’s all good and well repainting them, but I’m pretty sure most of the fleet has never been refurbished internally as the moquette on some of the fleet, particularly 30949-30953 and all the Gemini’s at Huddersfield (apart from the 57 reg ones and above) still appear to have the pre-2009 moquette. Very surprised the HD Connect Gemini’s didn’t receive an interior refurb at all....

69207 was looking pretty shabby when I saw it.
Funny thing is, Halifax always make the best of what lands on them.
I'll give it a few weeks and 69207 will look and sound better than some of the 2 year old stuff running around in the big cities.

What about 30917-30924 and 30943? they're older and probably in worse condition. Given Huddersfield have had an influx of 32xxx "KP51" reg ALX's from Bristol plus 30956 from Manchester, i would have thought 949-953 will be in service for quite a while longer.
