It might be wrong because those changes in Metro's leaflet are written quite badly, but it sounds as if Brighouse to Bradford is being reduced to hourly evening and Sunday's. Evening wouldn't be a surprise, although I'd hope they've got it 30 mins away from the 363 and not on top of it. Sunday daytime would be a surprise cut though, as services at these times tend to get improved not reduced these days and Sunday shopping in Bradford is about to go from non existent to quite extensive. Correct, and while the strikes were going on, the official line from First Bradford was that services would see improvements in line with the opening of Westfield. I'm looking at these changes and all it appears to be is tinkering with some frequency reductions, i.e 613/614 & 671. The more I see, the more I think the unions were being more truthful throughout that dispute. It was true that bus reliability was very bad at that time with numerous cancellations every day. The Streetlites were promised for July but actually entered service right at the end of August. Now this, both Arriva and Transdev have rebranded some of their Bradford routes in recent months, First Bradford's seem to just be carrying on the same way with a few tweaks, another broken promise. Add that to the, what I can only descibe as cynical, rises to child ticket prices straight after the school holidays. I am feeling a little disenchanted with First Bradford at the moment, and I would normally count myself as a First fan, and do normally disagree with most of the First bashing which goes on on this forum and others.

This raises more questions than gives answers which ultimately I assume will only be answered when we can view the timetables.
60, As referred to above I thought that the Pudsey to Greengates section of this route was tendered, in which case where is the replacement or has funding been removed?
613/614 is as expected but with no mention of route frequency as in other descriptions, is this Metro burying a frequency reduction at the Buttershaw end.
670, again no mention of the short working's between Leeds and Calverley mentioned above, could this provide a solution to the 60 problem by diverting to serve Woodhall via the ring road and Dawsons Corner, I doubt it but it could provide a partial solution to a lost link.
675/677 What are they on about, are they saying that all 675's will now be numbered 677 but with some to Cottingley and some to Shipley Glen which would be strange, if this is the case why not just alter the route in Windhill but leave the two route numbers as they are now to avoid confusion?. Alternatively are they just trying to say all buses will operate via Owlet Road, although that's via the current 675 route, not the 677 which has always used Crag Rd as far back as I can remember?

I didn't want to start a new thread for this even though 37674 has it's own thread. I'm going to have a few hours to kill in Ilkley or Otley this Saturday (10/10). If someone could confirm the route allocation or even better details of the board for 37675 I'd be really grateful. I'll drop the allocator at Hunslet a message, see what he can do for you. That would be great, thanks

Keighley 1848 appears to be having destination display problems at the moment, I've seen it a few times in recent weeks on the 760 with the destination of 'L' front and back and sure enough this morning it came the other way advertising 'K' as it's destination.

I completely understand why they have done it but that three hour gap in the afternoon completely undermines the service. I wouldn't want to set off to the White Rose shopping in the morning and then have no option other than to come home at 1pm or have to then wait until 4pm. Hopefully this will be a temporary measure considering the short notice they have had before taking over.

Yes it is 2707 but it's not for the Mcard it for Transdev's own ticketing app. Confused me for a bit at first as they have one of their Burnley saloons in the same livery. Doesn't help that they refer to it as their M-ticket app.

Also 612 cannot possibly be cancelled, looks like there will be a route change to 613/4 with Fagley section of that route replaced by 686 and 613/4 routed through to Shipley instead.

I notice in the August 2015 Public Transport Changes booklet it says that TLC will be introducing a new service linking the new Apperley Bridge Railway Station with it's local area in late September. Anyone know if this is a completely new service or just a rerouting of the 947?

That adds weight to the Plymothian Transit article which also mentioned that 10 B7TL's were also coming from First Manchester to replace Cornwall's Olympians.

It has been mentioned on the Plymothian Transit website that First in Cornwall are to receive 8 B7TL's from First West Yorkshire so maybe this will see the trend of ALX400's being moved on continue, with these returning from FSY replacing them.

This is a query I've had for a while, this bus is/was I think a Wright demonstrator of 2012 vintage which has worked for Lothian Bus, Translink and Bus Eireann before turning up in the Potteries. A quick search on Flickr does show it was in service in Weymouth in May 2015. On my own First fleet list I has 63180 as SN64CGZ but as above I understood there was a delay to the final bus of the batch at first PMT in 2014 and this has now turned up as 63250 on a 15 plate.

It took Malta a lot less fires to have the bendi's off their roads for good, probably about time Stagecoach gave up on what's left of their Presidents.

there are no more transfers from Bury going to happen at the moment as Bury are short of buses and with sale of First Devon to Stagecoach frees up buses from there Not much worth cascading from the Devon operation. Still a lot of older end stuff running there. Correct, as far as deckers go a bunch of 10 to 16 year old tridents apart from three Enviro 400's which used to be in the North Devon fleet.

I assume all of the new E200's have arrived by now in which case I am missing one.
I have noted 13972, 13981, 13982, 13983, 13986, 14685, 14782, 14783, 14853, 14854 & 14856. Is there a 14855 or which one am I missing?

I was certainly working on the assumption that the current 36 buses are owned otherwise the refurbishment doesn't make sense, don't forget Coastliner 401-404 are still with Lancashire United as well as the Witch Way Gemini.
There are plenty of Olympians still knocking around each company which will have to replaced soon so surely the natural progression is for the Presidents to replace them with Gemini's to replace these, I can quite easily see these on the 760 although seating capacity could be an issue with the current configuration as I rode on a President the other week which was completely full out of Leeds during rush hour. It would seem strange to dispose of these having spent this money only to have to buy in a new set of low floor deckers to replace the Olympians.
Incidentally I caught 438 the other day and noticed it carried internal route branding for the 760, do any of Keighley's other Presidents have this or is it unique to this one, can't say I've noticed it before unless this is new.
