From the 27/07/08. The Huddersfield "Green Line" group of routes as already discussed in July changes thread is to also be branded as "Meltham CONNECTION" along with the introduction of transferable Bus/Train tickets. This is due to popular demand as First state in their Customer First news sheet.
Service 324 operates up to every 12 minutes Mondays to Saturdays daytime. Service 321 operates hourly on evenings and every 30 minutes Sundays daytime which also serves Marten Nest.
The service will still terminate at Huddersfield Bus Station and not serve the Rail Station unlike its sister Holmfirth Connection group of services. I suppose this is only temporary whilst work is carried out on St George's Square outside Huddersfield Station? If it is the case that First don't intend on extending the bus services to the Rail Station, this will take away some of the convenience that the ticket will provide in my opinion.
Another question, do we know if First are to brand any buses for the service?
Well, here is the price list of the tickets available to purchase off the bus driver:
Meltham to Manchester £11.50 Off-Peak Return £14.00 Peak Return £53.00 Weekly Pass
Meltham to Dewsbury £5.00 Off-Peak Return £6.50 Peak Return £20 Weekly Pass
Meltham to Leeds £5.00 Off-Peak Return £9.00 Peak Return £24 Peak Return
The Holme Valley Day Ticket priced at £2.50 is also vaild on buses within Meltham too.

I'm not so sure on the branding, but the First leaflet promoting these services show B7RLE 66762(?) OR maybe they just used this bus for a photo shoot.
