Unfortunately, the public reaction to this incident, was totally disgusting. My thoughts are with the poor driver, I know exactly what happened and was not his fault. The way the public have insulted the bus driver and his family is absolutely disgusting. I'm angry inside, not just the public, but some enthusiasts have called driver names and insulted him. It's an absolute travesty the way some members of the public abuse and insult the drivers like this is absolutely disgraceful. Even with the drivers family members and other drivers commenting about what happened, people still insulting the driver and not bothered about him at all. Posted on Arriva's FB page today hoping Arriva looks after this driver. The driver was alright, I don't know what's the issue with the jokes. The driver will probably have a drink and laugh it off. If you had a car accident that wasn't your fault then you wouldn't want everyone making jokes of it all over social media even if you are ok! It certainly shouldn't be the same for a bus driver who has the responsibility of up to a hundred people at their controls, its just uncalled for, especially as all the jokes were on social media as soon as the post was live and therefore could cause distress for the driver's family!

Probably not in the moment, but I'd laugh it off later.

I'm very happy to report some positive observations with the 372! I am not the only one who is starting to use the bus later. I've used the last bus of the day a good six times in the last two weeks and it has had some improved loadings, it's noticeably better than when it started at Westgate! I'm hoping this translates into some more evening and night improvements. I believe this route has always struggled to sustain a good timetable at those times.

Very rare spot: SkyClass MMC 2017 on 36 Has become pretty much a daily occurance and it should have gone to be repainted for Burnley.
