Has anyone else received the email from First West Yorkshire to take part in there online survey for the 72 Leeds to Bradford route? If not, here's a link if you like to take part. s.surveyplanet.com/ajxm0tuh

I'm hoping that this is a sign a service improvement is on the horizon, one that isn't funded by a council or tax payer for once... It would be nice to be able to finally say something positive about the company, could be the reason behind the delayed registrations? (definitely getting ahead of myself)

I used to do 72’s quite often when I was on spare rota. Evening times leaving Leeds the bus is way too busy, needs to be more frequent on an evening. I’m sure it used to be every 15 mins.
I’ve checked new duties for Bradford staff and the last 72 bus arrives back in depot at 0113 now, so that probably will be around midnighht from leeds

It always seemed like it to me.

Wonder if will they do surveys for other routes?

Putting my reply here instead of the other thread. It's rumoured that the route may be getting a REAL frequency increase. If you think about it they released this survey only a little bit before the recent changes. Surveys done at my previous workplaces surveys always last a good month or longer. Without even factoring in the time it takes to visualise and analyse the responses. It has some credibility as a rumour but we definitely wouldn't need any extra vehicles and we have to remember that new vehicles are off the table for non electric depots.

As Bramleys starting to get it's electric chargers installed, it could mean the 'Electroliner' Streetdecks are not too far away allowing the current diesel versions to move to Bradford for a 72 increase assuming these rumours are correct? Although the main question I'd be asking over any major increase would be over having enough drivers rather than vehicles.
