Are tiger finishing the Bradford Shipley local services ? I know the airports are going but what about the others ?

Thanks The Bradford & Shipley locals that Tiger operate will still be run by them as the contracts aren't due to run out until next year at the earliest depending on the contract length on each route

I just spoke with a driver and he said they were trying to give them back to metro to re tender. Thanks we will see maybe then.

The Bradford local Tiger routes will be changing operator in September back to TLC Is that the whole Bradford/Shipley minibus network? There are two groups, the daytime 605, 606, 629, 649/X49, 656, 660, 675, 678, 679 and the evening/Sunday 630, 633, 634, 675, 677, 680.

From what my mate tells me who works at Idle depot, possibly yes. A notice went up on Friday, only mentioning one operator, TLC

660 is a strange registration as it currently only serves Shipley Market Square to Bradford. It has spare time in Shipley but that is usually used up by a run on the 679. Unless the interworking arrangements are being changed it's a bit odd.

I think Sharksmith is referring to the registration for the 660 showing the Shipley terminus as Shipley Glen Higher Coach Road, which, if there is an extension in the works, would mean it wouldn't interwork with the 679.
