I'm afraid that'll need to be a comprehensible sentence before we can help. I've no idea what you're asking.

Some operators offer cheaper travel before 0930 on payment of a flat card on production of the card. It can, unless the position has changed,be used in Supatrams in Sheffield. I noticed in Manchester yesterday that card holders can on payment of £20 per.hear travel on the teams and trains can be added

It's a council thing.

West Yorkshire the "bus passes" can't be used before 09:30 Monday to Friday (there may be one or two exceptions on routes that go into adjacent counties). This doesn't stop people from standing at bus stops from around 09:10 and attempting to board buses, only to be told "too early ! ", hence the expression the "twirlies" !

There are no exceptions on routes going into North Yorkshire. The local operator of the X70 Wetherby-Harrogate retimed the 0915 service to 0930 specifically to allow Wetherby pass holders to travel.

The Cityzap to Manchester, when it was running, was timed to leave Leeds before 09.30 but Transdev allowed passengers to board earlier than 09.30 with their concession pass. First Bus from Huddersfield to Manchester was timed to leave thecBus Station at 09.30 so just go round the corner to the first stop where it would arrive after 09.30

The 'National scheme is free travel from 0930 I believe, and always has been. It is up to the individual transport authority if they want to make that any different. Likewise, it is up to each authority as to whether they want to expand in to other means of transport. At the end of the day, it is legislation for bus transport. The fact that the council where the journey starts now pays the concession has led to for example, free travel on the trams in Blackpool being withdrawn for all pass holders except those in the Wyre and Blackpool Unitary authority. This in turn has thrown up a bit of an anomoly, in that a pensioner who lives in Garstang can get on the bus to Blackpool, ride round on the trams all day, and catch the bus back to Garstang for nowt. However, pensioners who live in the Lemon Tree flats at the sea end of Squires Gate Lane, less than 100 yards from the Starr Gate terminus and Depot can't use their passes, and have to pay. The reason, they are in the Fylde council area, and the concession does not apply to them. One thing LCC did allow, was, travel on the Knott End ferry from Fleetwood but I think that might have gone by now. So in this part of the world, free bus travel from 0925 up until 2300 Mon to Fri. Free travel Sat/Sun/BH. 50p for disabled passes up to 0930, but only ones from Wyre, Blackpool and Fylde. Free tram travel for noone except residents of Wyre and Blackpool. Take a breath!!!!

In Fife from the age of 60, as well as free bus travel at any time of day(I used it to go to work), you could ride the train to Edinburgh, Dundee or Perth for 50p after 10am. Cutbacks later restricted it to train travel within Fife. And the age went up as well.
