Never mind I've seen it. If it was a Olympus it would get fixed, but I don't think it will get fixed, I think it will cost more to fix it than the vehicle's worth! Looks nasty! Will get stripped for spares I imagine for the 06 plate ones. Hope the driver and passengers are okay! This might sound stupid but is there anyway they could take the parts from 1621 and put it in 1600 or 1607 to possibly get it working again? I don't know if that's possible as I am no mechanic? Photo is on Flickr if you want to see it 1600 is heavily stripped (interior more than exterior) so 'may' make sense to use to the rest of that (and other stripped examples at other depots) to repair 1621, provided it is economically viable. Also depends on who would be paying to have it repaired ! Penfold Let's hope it's economically viable to get repaired then especially at the moment with things like social distancing and that sort of thing so more deckers out the better it is.

Especially in this climate as well with social distancing and whatnot. I am not a fan of the lowlanders but they are very useful and I guess the drivers like driving them .

Looks like it may well be the end of the road for 1621. Seems to have had a nasty accident from the images ive seen Never mind I've seen it. If it was a Olympus it would get fixed, but I don't think it will get fixed, I think it will cost more to fix it than the vehicle's worth! Couldn't see 1621 in the depot earlier unless its hiding somewhere and I saw a little van that ANE uses i think? I remember someone saying it was used for the 164 route learning for Castleford. Its at Wakefield at the moment

If there was a new route announced by Arriva on the 24th of October surely it would be already covered in the October 2020 Service Changes thread

The service changes for October were Sunday just gone (4/10/2020) for Headrow re opening primarily

The Arriva Click minibus is 1024 RX18LNR and the same on that has been used at CA and SE. Its being used on the early morning staff bus and 2 of the first 101 services as a stop gap so the E200 can be freed up to cover (dupe) school services. There are no new routes planned. Penfold

And given how late some of the registrations have been recently, I'm not that surprised to have seen nothing yet.

Just a quick question and I'm going to sound like a proper 723 lover here. Has anyone seen it this week as she hasn't tracked since the 3rd. Was thinking she might be carrying a different ticket machine right now. I'm just waiting for the sad day she retires and brings Spectra operation with Arriva Yorkshire to an end.

She was on 110's earlier in the week I believe as reported on here, I'm assuming it's being tracked as a different vehicle on BusTimes. I cannot see Arriva retiring 723 any time soon, as they need a lot of deckers for school runs and duplicates. If 1621 is also getting repaired and that's a 52 plate, then I can't see 723 going any time for the forseeable future.

Once the last spectra goes it's the end of an era for Arriva, as they have run spectras for over 20 years now. Fantastic buses, love them. Rode 723 quite a few times. Marvellous.
