Oh dear, I'm not one to go off on a rant but First have updated their excellent app and completely ruined it.
If you already use the app you'll probably want to spend half an hour restoring all your favourite stops because they've just deleted all your data in the update.
Never mind at least when you get to the stop you can check the bus times by clicking the stop on on the map, right....nope that function is gone.
Ok I'll type in Market Street, Bradford, that'll work after all I've already told it I'm in the Bradford operating area.....five hours to Shipley...? from Bradford on Avon.
Right I'm in Shipley, current location to home? Go back to Bradford and start again. Even as I type, my current location is set a mile away from here, where I've been sat for half an hour.
A good indication of how well your app update has been received is Google Play reviews, all negative 1 star out of five reviews.
Good God they've even removed the bus timetables, from a bus company app.
Disaster, no way would I ever trust a weekly, let alone monthly ticket to this crock of .......
Edit, I just know what the first reply will be here so I'll head it off now, yes I have fed back directly to First through the app feedback too.

Could that be one of the reasons First Group is also known as Worst Group.

Apparently they know that there are a multitude of problems with it, and work is underway to correct them.
I haven't even managed to find or download it yet, so can't tell you what my opinions are.

I use the first app to check the next bus , using location. Quite useful when coming from an evening (drunk) from the park row and city bars.
