Has anyone contacted Bus Users UK when not satisfied with an operators response, and if so are they any good?

I think they usually get a resolution for genuine cases. Not all are fair complaints

If you contacted Metro, the complaint would be forwarded to the operator concerned. If it is punctuality/reliability issues which have been ongoing for a period of time, you could always write to your traffic commissioner.

Thanks for all your help. I'm thinking of responding back to the operator to ask for my initial complaint to be investigated as all I received was a lengthy email explaining why it took 5 weeks and 2 chases before they emailed me. If that doesn't prompt a resolution I'll contact the Traffic Commissioner, as the operator in question has been suffering from frequent delays and cancellations lately
