Olympian farewell as all have now been sold. 630 S630MKH will be running 5 x 45 min trips on Saturday 30th May. Fare £4. "The route will start at Hull Interchange (at the Coaching Bays at the back), and then take a scenic trip around Hull through to Cottingham, pausing near Skidby Mill for a photo opportunity. Buses will then go on via the A164 to the Humber Bridge car park (again, stopping for more photos!), before returning to Hull Interchange via the A63. The journey will take about 45 minutes. There will be five departures during the day, setting off from Hull at 10am, 11.30am, 1pm, 2.30pm and 4pm, to give as many people as possible the chance to travel. See the full Service 630 timetable. It will be a flat fare of £4 per round trip. No need to pre-book, just turn up on the day. (First come, first serve)." quote from EYMS website. I saw this report about the EYMS Olympian Farewell on the Route One website. I did see a handful of Olympians in the yard in Hull Garage over New Year, a salutary reminder of this operation.

Photos of this on my flickr www.flickr.com/photos/clifton009/Both 630 & 631 were in service. Had a nice scenic ride on 630 to the Humber Bridge via Skidby Mill, then 631 back to Hull Interchange.

I went on this too. Great opportunity to see the buses at Hull Interchange while I was there. Enjoyed the ride, some lovely views of the Humber Bridge, nice to be amongst fellow bus spotters.
