If we're being 'picky' about Misallocations just now, i'll throw this one in. I did see Castleford Hybrid Gemini 1702 pass me on Stuart Road outside Morrisons in Pontefract a few months ago. Granted it wasn't in service at the time, as it was being driven by a man in an orange boiler suit. Maybe he should have gone up Lock Lane and Mary Pannal Hill instead to keep the 'misallocation police' happy.

A couple of Independents having problems in Wakefield this morning
Ross travel YJ14 BBE receiving attention on the taxi rank just outside the Bus Station while Tates 1373 was a bit sick in the Bus Station. Ross won the battle for best turned out fitters van with a VW people carrier being used!

Hardly think that is true, how many buses are correctly branded and allocated every day?, all except the 1 or 2 posted here. I agree, on the 110 this morning it was a full Gemini turnout except for just one Pulsar, 1458 although it did include both 1508 and 1524. The 126/7 was a bit short though with Dewsbury using 57 and Belle Isle 110 branded 1522 and 1523 along with 1526, while 1525 was on 481 MPD 209 way seen leaving Wakefield out of service in the general direction of Dewsbury!

Don't mess with the Misallocation Police, I understand they were trained in Russia, they shot first that way it alleviates the need for any questions........

The Eclipses on the 268 and Enviros on the 281/2/3 might be a daily occurrence, but they are still not the correct type allocated to those routes - or are they if positioning problems are to the fore? Today saw 209 & 1451 on the 212, with 1055 on the 282. Yesterday, new Enviro200, 1024 was seen on school service 651 in Batley showing Shaw Cross as it's destination. It was going an odd way as it was travelling up Batley Field Hill towards Morley. About five minutes later it was heading along Bradford Road to Batley bus station, I presume to take up a duty on the 119/120 to Wakefield. 651 is Batley Girls High School - Shaw Cross. It didn't have time to get to Shaw Cross and back for the two occasions I saw it, especially as it was on Bradford Road close to Wilton Park in Batley.

Unidentified AY E200 (although possibly 1010) working the 110's most of the afternoon in place of the usual Gem (and I don't just mean the 1735 to Leeds which is booked for a E200).

Check the 119/120 arrivals and departures from Batley and you will see a hour gap while the duty disappears to do a school special

Yesterday saw 654,1414,1608,1610 and 1611 all on the 268. 694 replaced an Eclipse on the 254 and ended up on the 252. Being an honorary member of the misallocation police I found it rather pleasing!

Saw AY Castleford ALX200 167 (TWY 7) in Knottingley this morning, not on service, travelling east towards the A19. Test run after overhaul, or transfer move to Selby maybe?

Been a few breakdowns in Leeds by the sound of things today as 1/6 branded B7TL Gemini getting hooked on tow at Lawnswood and HCT Optare Solo SR with engine flap open at Holt Park.
