According to the news bulletin I heard this morning it must be back to normal as no delays or cancellations have been reported.

Yes 2x Jet2 flights from Manchester diverted into Leeds for extra fuel this morning.
This morning at Manchester only 13x flights were delayed for upto 30 mins. 1 flight had a 2 hour delay. Also 17x flights had to stop off at other UK airports (including LBA, DSA, EMA, BHX, LGW & BRS) to pick up extra fuel for there onward journeys.
The refuelling of aircraft at Manchester restarted at 08:30 and is now back to operating normally.

Jet2 only operate Boeings...so it must have been a different operator.

Jet2 only operate Boeings...so it must have been a different operator. Yeah i know Jet2 are only a Boeing operator. But if you do a little searching around on the internet you'll find that Jet2 are leasing 1x Strategic Airlines, Airbus A320 for the summer 2012 season due to an aircraft shortages. It is a Manchester based aircraft, so you wont be seeing it at Leeds or any other bases that often.
