one of the new b9tls was on guided bus way this morning, theres a clue for you!! It's not really a clue, it's obvious that the newest buses will go on the front line work which I would expect to be the 640/641, 645, 622-627 and X6. It's whether the current buses will cascade down to secondary work or leave the fleet which is the question

have the alx400s got heating on them?? it never seems to work was freezing today on W747 ..ex x6 branded bus Your right, the W reg ALX400 are the worst in terms of so called "minimum-Heating", especially the early morning ones. Also X6 Gemini's are generally cold most of the time. So as an angry commuter, I sent an Email to the Operations Director @first Bradford telling him stand in the 363/576 and note the difference, - that is if you can't tell (obviously re-worded politely). Following this, I received a reply, stating that his supervisory team will be investigating into the matter and I actually received a fast response! - The following week (WK 2 JAN 08) every bus was warm (ALX400/Gemini) up until recently that they have turned cold again! and I'm now thinking to pump up my second complaint to him. Anyways I'm not always as this is compensated for when I catch the 576- which is always flaming hot Well done Halifax! I've gone on the Manchester B9TL's between Rochdale and Manchester and I'm pleased with their performance. They are Quieter and generally a smoother ride. I'm looking forward to them on my route.

most of bradfords alx400s will be going to south yorkshire once these new b9tls have all arrived and maybe some of the earlier single decks 1031-1049s as they are r-reg buses and getting on a bit.

37064,37072 have arrived in bradford 37072 an 08 plate so cant start service until march 1st. Assuming it's nearly the end of the 57 plate period, why don't they put all of them in service after the 1st march? that way the 57 plate vehicles can then be re-registered to 08 plate. (I'm not sure though - If somone would like to confirm that, that is possible?) I'm eager to know what the last 7 or 8 B9TL Gemini's will be like... - Express livery?
- The leather seating?
- or Just the new Marquette used on seating

I think this bus - 66999 is a one off vehicle to complete the First bradford (2007) order of 15 Volvo B7RLE. Prior to the arrival of this bus there were only 14 Volvo B7RLE.
This fleet number is a bit odd to the Rest of the 69XXX series.

This fleet number is a bit odd to the Rest of the 69XXX series. It's a 1 off because it has been diverted from going to Cherry Row, completing the batch of 5 that they should have been receiving.

Some the ALX400s that have been displaced by the new B9TLs will be going to Eastern Counties. The first of these 30901 W756DWX which has been noted at Norwich.

I saw a Bradford B9TL this morning in Leeds City Centre with 72 Branding. looked better than Leeds' B9TL branding for the Red/Blue Line! Also noticed the seat cushions are a different style on the Bradford ones as well.
