Do any of you think that the guided busway at bradford was a waste of money and would of been better to put a 24/7 bus lane with cameras

On the whole I think the guideways are a good idea, and far cheaper than the tram that never was. They don't make any difference at quiet times but in the peaks they certainly help buses speed up.
The only problem I have with them, and I don't know if Bradford's busway shares this problem with Leeds or not, is the placement of bus stops right before the priority traffic lights for the bus to rejoin the main carriageway. The lights change for the bus, but if it is stood loading/unloading at the stop, the main traffic flow gets held up for no reason and the bus has to wait for the lights to change again.

Yes, Bradford does have the same problem - Most notably the Mayo Avenue/Morrisons junction. X6 usually tries to stop furtherest away [to drop off/pick up passengers] as it can from the signals before they go green, but usually sometimes they still go green.
Every Mon-Fri it's also so annoying that the section of guide way (in the Huddersfield bound direction) up to mayo avenue needs to be reversed the other way round . ie. the entire guide way in Bradford direction. That is because during morning rush hour buses are left stranded and the Guide way and the 3 lanes in the opposite direction are always empty. And even in the evening the Huddersfield bound section on the guide way doesn't come much handy as there not much traffic there as used be with the old roundabout.
