The Versas and Volvo 450 have Top Line Travel legals whilst Malton still trades as Yorkshire Coastliner LTD.

YD02UMX has been transferred to York. I guess sooner rather than later the Olympian's will be put onto sightseeing and they will get more modern double decker's.

The only thing the deckers get used for the odd school run and on the 197 race specials so it is unlikely they will get converted to open top or any newer deckers required.

1015 was out on the 844 today, I had seen it in York so I imagine it had come back in after doing a Leeds bound journey on the 743.

Operating on the 14 today in York is Volvo B10BLE/Wright 1065 still with Transdev Burnley & Pendle markings. I haven't seen 1015 on the road recently, so it might just be a short term replacement.

Maybe they might be getting more B10BLE's to oust Olympians.

Haven't Transdev lost the H2 school contract so I don't know if they still have any more school work based from York? I suppose they will be kept for use on the 197s as the B10BLEs won't be suitable.

Perhaps, they are forward thinking and planning to go onto one of firsts routes (like first did to them with the X64)?
Again only a suggestion!

Yes, they are losing the H2 from the start of the new school year (don't know who's replacing them on it), however I do believe that they will still be operating the 37/37a school service which requires two double-deckers.

I would like to know if this 2nd B10BLE is just a loan or has it been transferred.

Has 450 now been transferred to Transdev Coastliner has like I posted 2 weeks ago it was in Malton and yesterday when we pasted through it was parked in the middle where they park when not in service, also it still carries branding for the Leeds - York 4 Buses an hour?

It has been reported on the Blazefield Yahoo Group that Olympian L779SNO (2003) is now at Intack depot for use on the Chorley-Blackburn service that Lancashire United start running from the end of November. It's in a two-tone blue livery.

Do they need a replacement urgently though? I'm sure they will borrow a bus from another depot when it comes to operating the 197 on race days.

Will there is plenty of B10BLE's spare, why not have a 2nd in York ? I don't even know why Transdev operate in York when they wont even compete with First and take them on, on their city services. Transdev should compete on the major routes like the 1,4,5 etc and drive First out of York.
