From the timetable change in December, Northern will be operating additional services through Brighouse.
In addition to the hourly Selby to Wakefield service, an hourly service (monday to saturday) will run between Leeds and Hebden Bridge via Dewsbury and Brighouse.
This doubles the number of trains serving Brighouse and provides a much quicker journey to Leeds.

Will that be from the 60 to 90 additional carriages possibly been introduced into the area?

This new service won't require any extra carriages, it will operate in place of one of the two Leeds to Huddersfield local trains per hour which run at peak times and on Saturdays. Mon to Fri off peak it will be an extra service, but will only utilise units which are otherwise stabled at these times.

Will it be stopping at Deighton and Huddersfield then?

I dont think it will, or at Cottingley either, from what I have read.

Does anybody have a link to the new service at all with details then?

I hoped that Cottingley and Ravensthorpe would be cut from the new service - no offence to their inhabitants but the other larger towns can definitely benefit from a faster train, and an hourly service seems perfectly adequate for these two stations. It should also have the knock-on effect of slightly speeding up TPE services especially where late running express trains end up following the local stoppers.
