What i don’t agree with is the Political Correct crap.
At the end of the day every other culture living in UK gets to celebrate their festivals, and there Days which are special so why aren’t we allowed to show the St. Georges Flag. It annoys me that the government says that it is not political correct because it causes Offence to those which aren’t of English Origin. I know plenty of people who are not from English Origin who are not bothered about our traditions and in some cases will join in. For the Small minority tough, we let you have your festivals and other things, and have no problem with it, so if you have a problem with our traditions there is a thing called a plane which will take you back to were you are from.

If we're not careful, we could end up with a thread where the content has less thought put into than a news article in the Sun!

Nick is right in what he says though, everyone should be equal and everyone should respect each others beliefs and accept that we want to celebrate our Patron Saint

Occasionally we have such a late Easter that it includes St George's Day. Indeed, St George's Day was Easter Monday in 1984 and Easter Sunday in 2000. St George's Day is Easter Saturday next year and Good Friday in 2038. Further information is available at www.wheniseastersunday.com
