National Express Group are in talks with Metroline's owner, Singapore based ComfortDelgro to sell their Travel London and Surrey businesses to them.
This will be the second time NatEx have sold a London operation to another operator. NatEx re-entered the London market after acquiring Veolia's Connex business back in 2004 and subsequently Telling Golden Miller's London and Surrey operations in 2005.
The deal has arisen after NatEx's decision to sell off none core assets in a move to gather a funds to refinance £500 million worth of debt.
