Looks like Fotopic are the latest victims of the credit crunch with it now closed. All sites appear to not be available anymore!

A shame to see it go. A lot of hard work gone into many peoples sites and now its all gone.
I found fotopic to be a good search engine when looking up buses and trains that you needed to identify. Usually some one else would already have a picture of the vehicle.
(EDIT) It would seem that fotopic is not down and out just yet. There is much speculation about the current state of things but it may just be a technical issue which may last a few days. Possibly being sorted by the end of today (3rd Jan). Will just have to wait and see.

Yes, I think there had been a mix up on the fact that the site has been down and that Fotopic.net being liquidated back in May 2008 on the Company Houses site. Their current owners are in no financial bother.

Be a shame if fotopic does close for good, I've always found it to be really useful when searching for bus photos.
I wonder which photo-hosting site the bus photographers will turn to now.

There's always Photobucket and Flickr, but I think fotopic is the best. Any others worth trying?
