Must have been a quiet news day then!
A good number of drivers (not all) unfortunately do have the "I'm doing you a favour so put up and shut up" attitude - there are many times when myself and friends have had terrible attitude from staff and so it is pleasing to see that complaints are up as it shows where action needs to be taken. Although corporate customer focused away day sessions and the like usually have the opposite effect on front line staff!
