For this week and next week, you won't be seeing things if you come across a Harrogate & District bus running around Otley & Ilkey.
The A59 is currently closed at Blubberhouses so traffic has to divert along the A658, A660 and A65 to get to Skipton. Subsequently, the X59 is running via these roads because of the A59 closure.
The closure of the A59 also has meant that there is more traffic around Ilkley causing tailbacks into the town at either ends which is effecting the reliability of other services respectively.

653 to Otley and the X84 route to Skipton basically is what it will be doing in simplified terms.
Now with this will H&D try and make money out of this Diversion see if the market is viable or will it run NON-STOP from Harrogate to Skipton?

It will be running non-stop. The bus won't be able to pick up/drop off passengers on the diverted route as this is not its registered route so won't be insured to stop for passengers.

Saw a Wright bodied B6BLE the other day. Looked odd.

Wont they loose money as it wont be calling into the villages it normally does and will be going direct into Skipton.

Well Transdev have got a shuttle service in operation to Penny Pot from Harrogate. The X59 is still serving Bolton Abbey/Village.
Anyway, most of the traffic is end to end with people in Harrogate going to Skipton and vice versa so I can't see revenue of the service been effected that much during the temporary diversion.

To confirm - The Skipton X59s are using the B6160 from Addingham to Bolton Bridge to regain their normal route.
A shuttle "Millstones" X59 is running along the normal route as far as the Millstones restaurant.

The A59 reopened yesterday so normal service should have resumed.
