I remember getting a Gemini on 128, caught it from Horbury went to Wakefield, believe it was the last 128 of the day as well, the 1623 from Dewsbury so would have done the 1740 return when it got to Wakefield. Definitely wasnt a 126/127 as it went via Thornes Lane

Maybe showing my age a bit but I remember arriva using deckers on the 485 when it went to doncaster, using the low bridge at ackworth/Badsworth, as for the length of the vehicles, if I remember correctly the 212 used to be operated by ikarus, and the old 128 and 129 occasionally had ikarus on them, it was only the 207 and 208 Grange Moor circles that used to habe the metroriders on them, but I'm not sure how.many people on here will remember them days

We will still need them for 260,261 and 271 - think we will need 6, at the minute , only 3 are operating as all rest are broken ! wouldn't it make sense to have 1001-1003, 1030 & 1031 move across from Dewsbury to join 2165 when 377/378 finishes and the Solos go to Dewsbury for 212 ready for it's frequency increase as i know the mini e200s will be more nippier to navigate 261 & 271 (not sure on 260 as not travelled on it yet) No no no - those buses are terrible to drive , there would be a mutiny at the depot if they came , disgusting vehicles ! 2165 is on the pits being repaired - again

There's nothing about it on Dalesbus yet but it's on NYC and Bustimes – from 5 May to 20 October there will be a new service 866 providing additional Sunday & BH buses between Skipton and Malham dovetailing with the current 864. An inbound working from Keighley at 0925 then hourly from Skipton at 0950 to 1650 (with a gap at 1350), return journeys hourly from Malham at 1040 to 1640 (with a gap at 1340) then a 1730 through to Keighley. As now, the 1050 from Skipton and 1640 from Malham run to/from Bradford.

Whilst I'm guessing this is only running between Keighley and Skipton as it's convenient, I'm looking forward to using it, to Gargrave/Malham as well as a fast bus to Skipton.
Odd, that with this that the service from Skipton to Keighley on a Sunday is hourly, but with 3 buses between 1740 and 1820.

When arriva ran them.from.wakefield there would be a 15 minute guaranteed connection for Hawes, I think it was the 800 or 805, amd the old 803 vua buttertubs pass had 15 minutes in leyburn

bustimes.org/licences/PB0000582110,118,148,174A,231,444 and 496 due timetable changes on 19th May. I presume this is the set of improvements Brabin talked about a few months ago

I doubt it, as she was referring to the evening frequency boosts. Rumour has it that some of these are a reduction in service back to what they were before the last changes. Penfold What do you mean by that, as if 110 or 231/2 have their frequencies reduced that would be pure chaos. I can understand 444/6 though as they're genuinely quiet and don't need the double deckers that run them.

My mistake the 148 is also down for a route change as well as a timetable change. My apologies.

Doubt they will increase anything as they haven't got the drivers as theres always missing 110 regular cancellations still and half hour gaps
