Priority is definitely becoming a popular topic, and yet the execution of these projects up and down the country is poor to say the very least, what are the best examples you've used or found?

I'd say one of the best example would be Fastway in Crawley & Gatwick.
Whilst it was around 6Mill over budget & 4 Months late when it first opened (to be honest, that's about standard for UK Infrastructure) in late 2003, by May 2004 it had extended to a 24hour operation & within a few years 2 of the 3 routes running 24/7.
It has a mix of Guided & unguided bus lanes & roundabout 'cut throughs' plus unlike alot of cases has not meant the 'classic' routes have become a casualty of it (for Example in Manchester the Wigan/Leigh routes being cut or heavily reduced since Vantage started).
The fleet is modern with new Hydrogen Wright GB Kites arriving with proposals starting to pop up to expand it to Horsham And/Or to East Grinstead.
I'd say altogether it's one of if not the most successful BRT especially outside of a city & goes to show people who complain about cost/delays building new transport infrastructure that them things are not the end of the world & it will still achieve the desired results once up & running.
