The most reliable First Leeds route is the 64/68/68A routes based at Cherry Row. The most unreliable First Leeds routes are also run by Cherry Row which are the 51/51A and 56.
Which routes in Leeds do you think are unreliable and reliable.

33 and 33A Guiseley to Leeds- I can name as being unreliable due to the fact they used to run 20 minutes apart from each other (meaning only 10 minutes wait if you missed one) now they about five minutes together meaning 20 minutes wait for either and fill up very quickly down Kirkstall Road.

Never has the 96 missed for me. Yes it runs late and stops for a ridiculous amount of time at Arndale but it never misses and runs to every 10-14 minutes that they advertise(10 actually but when they run late they run every 14 with 3 running more or less running 3-4 minutes behind each other).

Where is this information from? Have First actually announced the performance of all individual services or is it just opinion?

When I was in Leeds the 28 used to be worst in my neck of the woods - 3 buses missing on the trot on a half-hourly service (as it was then) was not an unusual occurrence. Never worth waiting for, it was much better to walk to the main Otley Road and wait for another route, even if the service had fallen apart there too... It was more reliable in the evening than during the day (I could miss it coming out of the pub like clockwork!)
I also agree that the 56 was quite often hopeless, and still is during University term-time, even off-peak it was a bit of a lottery, and four buses in five minutes at Crossgates was something I witnessed repeatedly! The fourth bus was usually quickest - as far as the Headrow, anyway. 98/99 were probably the most reliable routes I used, actually appearing to observe a timetable. Most of the Otley Road routes seemed to run at whatever the traffic speed dictated (usually very slowly and very late).

28 now runs to a every 20 minute timetable and arrives on time during the day after the rush hour traffic and before headingley becomes more like Piccadilly circus. As far reliable it is the one i use to get into town because it is closer to walk to wards Long Causeway than otley road. Never does a 28 miss these days they just run late and when headingley is at its stupid hour it is very often you will get two congregating although they are supposed to run 20 minutes apart.

The one that everyone has missed is the 85/7. I've not used these services regularly for years now due to the unreliability i experienced when they first were introduced. I will very occasionally use them, when i do they run late (at one time an 87 from the white rose turned up 25 mins late!). The 110 nearby (on wakefield road, queens pub) is also getting unreliable, however at least it runs more frequent and is backed up with the 443/4.

unreliable, quite a lot of first leeds routes are unrelaible the 56 is bad, at times around crossgates. The 1 to beeston it never turns up for some odd reason, oh yeh i forgot it's the almost broken down wright fusions , that have problems.
Some run in horrible 3's together usually examples are 49,50,50a 2,3,3a, 12,13,13a.
The X84's quite good, helpful to get back on a saturday evening from Otley to Leeds. 98/99/X98 is always on time never delayed (quite freaky) even from Bardsey to Leeds the bus still comes on time.

Gotta say that the 12/13/13A isn't that great! Most of the time they all come together and then you don't see one for 20 minutes!
