No Optare Tempos were in use on the X1 today
Instead it was mini E200MMC 728, old style full length E200 747 and PotN 1867
It actually looked like Team Pennine had a full run out in Huddersfield today with 3 buses on the 319 and 2 buses on the 360, which is a rare event
There was a Plaxton President on the 83 at one point, isn’t there a low bridge on the route that would have caused an issue? In any case it was changed over at Waterloo

FWY 35229 & 37732 on 612,613 & 614 circuit the latter looked to taking over a duty from 69568,35233 on 607 & on rare appearance on an early evening 576 to Bradford of 33877. Checked on bustimes this morning & there were No Enviro 400s on the 576, is this an inter working off another route or a replacement for another bus?

Saw last night one of the SRs ran on JF1 which wont have gone down well due to the number of kids as it's always been a decker or eclipse.

For some reason loads of Arriva Heckmondwike buses seem to be running with ‘on diversion’ flashing up on the screen every few seconds. Seems to have been the case since they removed the Covid message about exact fares and face coverings
And in other destination display, it seems First Halifax have attempted to do the ‘minutes to departure’ screen like Transdev have in various locations, but they’ve messed it up, so buses are running throughout their journeys alternating the destination with ‘Departs — Mins”

They actually appeared before the Covid Messages got removed with Arriva been second operator to adapt this. In regards to First it happened with the Transdev vehicles when it was been rolled out before the blind and ticket machine got synchronised.

Maybe the AY Hecky buses are displaying "On Diversion" in readiness for the overnight debacle which kicks in monday 7pm at Cooper Bridge. Having said that I've noted a few AY Sapphire E200mmc's displaying the same whilst operating the 231 Wakey-Hudds service today, which obviously goes nowhere near Cooper Bridge!.

But the 232 that the E200MMCs operate does show the diversion display as it can't serve Flockton atm due to road closed. I noticed 231 displaying it once and they are definitely not diverting.

It's only really meant to be used in conjunction with the ticket machine which would do this automatically like Transdev. I've used the mins to departure screen on buses I've driven and its helpful as stops people knocking on doors during layovers etc. I think once and if ever set up fully it would be good.

Well the 255 in and out of Halifax certainly wasn’t on diversion but they are Cleckheaton side as there's 2 sinkholes. 255, IS diverted between Cleckheaton and Scholes, on way to/from Halifax due to Serpentine Road closed for Pavement and Road works, and it WAS, like all services that serve Gomersal, diverted for a sinkhole that appeared in Spen Lane, and which is now open. The 268 is diverted between Cleckheaton and Chain Bar due to burst Water Main, just past Cleckheaton Town Hall. It annoys me when staff don't switch it off when back on route

Arriva 1613 broken down heading up Clifton Common from Brighouse. Service van in attendance at 5:30, vehicle still there now, assume awaiting towing. Looks like its emptied its coolant / water down the road.
