I can't honestly work Metro out, they publish a December service change window under the service changes section, then publish those changes under the alerts section! Either do this permanently, or stick to the original idea, or at the very least have a link on the December service change section directing to the info published in alerts, it's not the first time I've had to complain about mis-information, it's like they're doing their best to discourage travel.

I pointed out to them that the only place they'd listed the changes to the 784 was under a heading of changes to Leeds City Centre. It didn't change. Metro seem to be very poor at changing anything that's wrong (I've had to complain multiple times over many months about incorrect timetables at stops before now (not this year). A few years ago they changed the timetables at my local stops 6 times before they were right (variations included both the old and new times being in a single timetable suggesting double the actual frequency, times for the wrong side of the road (but only for some routes, times for both sides of the road for one route). They still list the 62 in the destinations at the top of the timetable as going to Airedale hospital without making it clear that there's only a couple of trips a day go there. Where there are joint timetables for the 62/66/903/M4 they list "All services" as going to Airedale Hospital.

The current changes are a bit all over the place. However, I have found them responsive when I spot errors on their website.

January service change details for the 20/1, 231/2/3, 262, 319 and 324 now on Yorkshire Tigers website. Basically it's all timetable tweaks and bus station stand changes with the more significant change being extra buses at peak times on the 233 and 319 as well as a later journey on the 262 to Mirfield.

Metro are looking to be leaving it to the last moment again before telling the public details about multiple services changing in early January. The brief couple of sentences in the alerts section mention about an Arriva 467 service, is this a typo or an actual new service? NO timetables on the website yet, which is not good enough bearing in mind it's less than 2 weeks before the change date, and operators such as Rosso and Tiger have had the new timetables on their pages for a few days now. At the very least, if they really don't have enough time to knock up the timetables (I'm really sceptical that's the case lol), a simple link to the timetables page of the operators website would do.

The standard changing times dates have been announced for 2021
Bus service change dates 2021:
Saturday 20 February Saturday 15 May Saturday 24 July Saturday 4 September Saturday 23 October Saturday 11 December
Unless there are tender changes in Feb that would generate changes that can’t be put back, I would be doubt that the February one will actually happen.

The 467 is a typo, it should read 476 as it is having some timetable changes to avoid being late with the J32 extension which hasn't been given enough time since it was extended
