Okay. Coming from London, you cruise along to J43 on the M1 to get onto the M621. My destination is literally one mile from J6 of the M621 but there is no exit there. I wish to confirm a driver can simply proceed to the next junction (J5) and come back to J6 to exit onto Belle Isle Road. If this is not possible, which is the easiest way to get off the M621 to get onto Belle Isle Road? Thanks for any help.

Yes you can, otherwise you come off J5 also, then take the 4th Exit signed Middleton Railway, then go straight and that road brings you to a T junction which is Belle Isle Road (you'll see junction 6 on your right)
