Unless I am wrong I do not think that the picture of the vehicle allegedly involved belongs to Y Tiger. But it is the Huddersfield Examiner!

Newspapers sometimes use photos from their archives & stock photo libraries to use in articles,in Bradford the T&A used a photo of fwy 37073 in at least 10 stories some of which were general stories concerning public transport.

Using stock photos for general transport-related stories is fine, if a little cheapskate and shoddy at times - but when the story is specifically about one operator then they really should make sure they use an appropriate photo, especially if it is a negative story, it is not fair on other operators to tarnish their reputation through association with a negative story about someone else.
