Vote - how should Buses/Fleet News be shown on the forum?

Option 1 - Fleet News would be a separate part of the forum, with every operator having its own sub-section. It would replace the current Fleet News/Repaints threads and would probably have a new thread started each month (like Spotted currently does). Spotted possibly would be replaced to avoid duplication. A separate Buses section would need to exist to cover everything not fleet news related.
Example:
FLEET NEWS SECTION
- Arriva
- First
- etc
BUSES SECTION
- for discussion of everything else bus related


Option 2 - Every bus operator would have its own section of the forum. Pinned to the top of each operator page would be a Fleet News thread, and then everything else to do with that operator can be discussed below. Again, Spotted could be replaced to avoid duplication.
Example:
ARRIVA SECTION
- Everything Arriva related goes here with a fleet news thread pinned at the top
FIRST SECTION
-Everything First related goes here with a fleet news thread pinned at the top
ETC
- Same set up for every other operator
MISCELLANEOUS
- Would need a final section for discuss of non operator specific things

Option 3 is to leave things unchanged or vote Option 4 if you have an idea of your own.

Option 2 for me because you could keep all discussions about each operator on its own section

Option 2 is easier, but it is similar to the way things are on the forum.
