Anyone else noticed that Keighley's Darts have gained LED lights mounted to the side above the windows a little further back than where the back wheel is?
Never noticed before, so not sure how long they've been there, but noticed it today as a 967 pulled up in Menston that these lights appear to be linked to the doors and come on when the doors open and go off when they close.
Any ideas to the purpose?

Reverse Assist Lights. Helps drivers see obstructions when reversing at night
Harrogates B10's also have them

I worked there 4 years or so ago and they were fitted then. They also had air con fitted as when we did the MOT's we would remove the compressor and some pipes, but never know if it was actually used in the early days.
