Dealer stock white, a sign of desperation from Transdev? More likely that the buses are only on a short term lease as the contract for the 42 only runs until early 2019.

Likely also explains why they are ADL and not Transdev's standard purchases of Optare's either.

According to the latest fleet list there are only four BMC Mybus vehicles left at Keighley so I'd expect the school bus yard to be filling up with Rosso Presidents over the next few days.

The 3 new Volvo B5TLs for Coastliner are as follows.
3642 - BN68 XPR 3643 - BN68 XPS 3644 - BN68 XPT
All 3 are at Starbeck with 3643 now branded up. Awaiting the other two to be branded then will be moved to Malton

The latest news on the Enviro200MMCs for the 42 is that Transdev have re-registered them for a lower standing capacity in order to keep the maximum permitted weight below 10t, and they are now just waiting for that to be signed off.

Although the new electric have not yet entered service a further Versa seems to have gone to York (210) on the basis that York is short of vehicles due to having to help Malton out because of problems with the B5TLs, yet today Gemini 2763 which was at York for the Summer Coastliners was in use on Harrogates Route 1, which otherwise along with the 7 has seen an increasing use of ex National Express Presidents so that the town services can be maintained by the Versas that are left, whichever Electric Solo (or both) that is charged up and route 1/7 B7RLEs. At least one of the ex National Express Presidents has acquired a side advert while at least two have rear end adverts for Harrogate College, despite Alex Hornbys dislike of adverts.

Coastliner Express has now finished for the summer, so 2763/4 have moved to Harrogate allowing a couple of Presidents (2721/2 IIRC) to join many others of the type at Keighley, as Mybus replacements.

WYIS are listing the Enviro 200s for the 42 as being YX18 KZF and YX18 KZG with fleet numbers 726 and 727. York now only has one active B10BLE listed - 309; 305 is listed as withdrawn but held for reuse somewhere while 1064 and 1093 are listed as being at York withdrawn for disposal. 1047 and 1086 are also there but held for reuse, the latter being listed for Burnley

‘pioneering, Zero Emmission buses’ Have they forgotton about all the other electric buses already operating throughout the country, or even their own electrics already running in York and Harrogate.

Not quite - these are unique in the country due to their charging on departure stand arrangement as opposed to the park up and charge off service arrangement.

I believe it's called "spinning a story". Similar to politicians. A bit like: The news item on their website says "Grassington is one of the Yorkshire Dales most pleasant villages to visit and from 28 October we're making it even easier for you to get there, as the 72 will run 7 days a week, with a new hourly Sunday timetable." They already run an almost-hourly Sunday service to Grassington (7 buses a day, hourly from 1050 to 1750 with one bus missed out at 1350), so I don't know how much better than that the new timetable is going to be – but people who can currently get a direct bus through from Barnoldswick, Colne, Burnley or Manchester, and as the new timetable will by the looks of things have no through services beyond Skipton, it will have to be a much better timetable to justify "making it even easier for you to get there". I've got timetables going back to 2005, and this will be the first time in all that period (and maybe a lot longer) that Sunday buses to/from Grassington have only run as far as Skipton ... it used to be Keighley, then it switched to Burnley in 2011, and then all the way through to Manchester in 2016.
