First are now updating buses destination screens so that buses should show "UK's biggest ever bus order" (along lines of) instead of the usual First/Private when buses run dead. This is obviously in light of the order.

Wow, so inventive!
Although it would help if they actually displayed something worth displaying rather than confusing a potential passenger even more, some poor sods put their hands out when a bus clearly displays "Private", never mind "UK's Biggest Ever Bus Order"!
I doubt the general public will even know what it means anyway.

It's not really a question of people understanding the message - it's fairly self-explanatory - I'm just not so sure that people will find much consolation in the fact that First are buying new buses while they are stood at a stop being passed by empty older buses!
Has anyone yet actually seen this message displayed?

Yes I did back end of last month on an Alexander Alx400 on Eastgate, someone bringing it to start service. Definitly a Cherry Row one.
