The last one is the lesser of the evils. The 3rd one will look like hippies are living in it. Can't face seeing one with the Leeds Utd badge on.

To be fair, it's only young kid's that's come up with the designs. With that in mind, I'm surprised there's no reference to Peppa Pig or drug dealers though.

Unlikely, its lacked the fleet names/logs etc for a while now. Internally there was some small fire a few years back, this was the one which the Tates bus kept running into at Hall Green.

After its fire 706 was repaired 'in house' and rewired by an apprentice at BI depot. It has several slight internal differences (as opposed to the others) such as cab lights, the panels for access to the electrics under the stairs (where the fire started) is fixed with screws rather that catches and the fleetnames and legal lettering. Oh and still has a nice aroma in the cab of diesel, burnt plastic and air freshener ! Its other claim to fame is that it appeared in an episode of ITV's 'A Touch of Frost' which was (amongst other locations) filmed at BI depot !. Penfold

Anyone know reason why Dewsbury 1053 ( E200 ) has been repainted into max livery yet others have just been repainted into interurban livery ?

Penfold 711 and 709 lacks side fleetnames for some reason.

Commander 1403 has been repainted and refurbished into the frequenta base livery Looks no different to interurban livery ( I know it's missing a green curve ), think they should have opted for max livery like they've started to do on the dewsbury E200's.. looks better

1808 was taken to Arriva North East this morning by a Selby driver for refurbishing into MAX livery and new seating with power points to can't understand why MAX a Olympus was even told may be going on Leeds services so will wait and find out in the future 🤔

You should see the buses they MAX up in the North East. Old former London 55 plate ALX400s seem to be the most recent.

I'd take it back at dewsbury, best looking doubles in the whole fleet.

Had a school service destination on despite it being half term Driver could have set the blind on 'autopilot' before realising the journey isn't operating today, or it could be that the particular school does need to operate. When the 485 ran to Doncaster via Campsall, the Campsmount school journey was interesting at half terms, as you could have WY schools on, and Campsmount off, and vice versa, so didn't know whether to run to the schooldays or school holidays times as WY and SY tended to have half terms a week apart.

Not a major repaint as such, just a quick one to say Pulsar 1463 has now lost it's rear end advert for Sandal Motors and reverted back to normal livery on its back end.
