I think what they want is the 221 back along Bruntcliffe Road during the day rather than the 213.

The Morley Observer once again reporting poorly researched facts. Clearly anyone living in Bruntcliffe and crossing the motorway to catch a bus (which would mean doubling back on themselves) needs a few lessons in map reading. The 53, 55 and 220/221/222 are all within reasonable walking distance and the local 213 bus still runs straight through the area. Hardly a big issue really!

I suppose they want a more frequent bus as the 220/2 is only half hourly. The 53/5 is a bit of a long walk from Bruntcliffe as I mistakenly got the 220 once instead of the 221 wanting to get off at Asda, I ended up at Bruntcliffe crossroads so walked along the A650 which took me half an hour to get to Asda. There are a number of houses within 20 to 30 mins of the nearest 53/5 stop on the A650. Also, I'd say it would take a good half hour to walk to Morley from there as well. Maybe the stop on the other side of the motorway is the nearest for some residents as well.
