So what will they do at the awful customer service which is plain view recorded when im been very polite and calm. Reprimand the staff, offer you a voucher of £5.

I never swore instore i was very calm and cool as a cucumber. We said we demand area manager details something we are advised to do by citizens advice and that is a legal right for anyone to see their contract the guy at CPW refused. Even if i swore over the phone it cannot be proved yet this guys behavior can. "This call maybe recorded for the purposes of..." not mentioned when you called them? Most call centres record calls don't they. If on the phone to a store, then no, they dont.
