Accident usually means crash. Anything else would be an incident.

Not necessarily. Could have been 2 cars by one of the entrances or exits.

Because it happened in the guideway... The Sheffield Super-tram tunnel at the top of West Street was closed for almost a day due to a RTA a few years ago and not a tram in sight. A coach driver thought he would try to go through it............
