Following First Group changing the look of their website at the end of last year, Arriva have now changed the look of their site, introducing the option of setting the Arriva homepage to the different regions it serves. This allows the news and service updates for just the one region displayed on the main page. www.arrivabus.co.uk/Yorkshire/

I go in via the enthusiasts page and that's not changed.

The route and timetable search is completely chuggered, and what on earth were they thinking of using lime green text on a white background? Add to that the layout is all over the place (don't know if it's the same on all browsers, but in Opera it looks well and truly broken). But most of the things that were wrong with the previous design have not been fixed, some have got worse.
Not a great success...

...on their facebook page I commented on this lime on white text and they have taken note and say it was not meant to appear in this way and they are sorting the text out! It pays to mention on facebook and they do listen to most of our posts!

Nice to see companies embracing something like Facebook as a means of connecting with passengers, particularly a big operator like Arriva.

First wouldn't attempt to use Facebook for fear of reprisals!
