They aren't going to get past the complaints that Capital FM is London biased, by using a Routemaster of all things!

Not quite - the owners of Capital and Galaxy are the same (Global). They also own Heart and have changed most of the old commercial stations that they own to Hearts. That left them with Capital, Galaxy and a few non-Heart commercial stations including those in the East Midlands which they have now changed to the Capital brand with local regional programmes restricted to breakfast and drivetime and the rest coming from London. Not that much of change to the local output of Galaxy as that was networked for much of the day anyway but quite severe in the East Mids where 3 stations have been replaced by a regional breakfast and drive as the only local output and as a result the only local stations in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester are those provided by the BBC.
