YJ54 UXF or UXG? has crashed into a wall on the T8 route, it is believed the driver took a tight corner too fast.

That'll cost them a bit cos they're bound to get fined by Metro for not running some journey's on the A, B and E services (disruption to those services due to damaged bus according to Metro disruptions), they'll obviously have to claim from their insurers for repair to the damaged bus and they'll have to sort out a temporary replacement which could have to be hired.

They will have spare buses in the fleet. In fact they inherited a spare from First without even having to touch their own fleet buses.

The spares must have been out of action though because the incident happened yesterday and the disruptions to the A, B and E were today.

I know this is going back a bit, but I was taken by surprise when I saw the Tyrer Bus operation in Bolton had been sold or renamed Maytree Travel. I have never found out why this happened. Can any of you shed any light on this?

Totally agree, the street lite doesn't flow (body lines wise) when compared to the Solo

Look's don't often count for much it all depends on what follows the £...... when buying/leasing coupled to performance and reliability once it arrives.
