If you were going to preserve a bus in 5 - 10 Years time, which bus would it be & why?
Mine would be an Arriva Yorkshire 700 class Spectra because they are brilliant buses, have a good engine noise & are have a good build quality. I would also try & have a dig at a Plaxton Beaver if there was a opportunity in the future, but I doubt they will be on the road in 5 Years time (Stotts N*** JUG's).

In 5 - 10 years time so a lot of step entrance buses would have gone by then & companies will be trying to sell off Early Low Floor & Late Step Entrance buses.

1. Stagecoach Yorkshire East Lancs M.A.N Myllennium simply beacuse it will be the only single deck Myllennium likely to be preserved
2. The Kirn Mogul (Ytc 208) Very nice bus and loved it on the X32 or X19
3. Volvo B10M K700DAO 20700 which was owned by again Stagecoach Yorkshire and used on the Pontefract services. It would be nice to own K700DAO.

Any ex YR Dennis Lance/Plaxton Verde (pref M4--VWW) batch, but cant happen because most, (if not all) scrapped. Quite like the idea of preserving an Optare Spectra though, Argueably a modern design classic.

1) S677SVU, mainly due to me travelling on it everyday and love the sound of a B10BLE/Renown. 2) X568YUG, again, love the sound of a B10BLE/Renown and this would be more of a challenge than 677 due to the work involved. 3) An-ex Arriva Yorks Srtider (well, an Yorkshire Strider really) - grew up with them. 4) Love the idea of preserving an older Spectra too.

Ooh! Quite a choice, but i'd guess i would have to preserve either one of these three!
1. HBC DAF SB220 East Lancs Mylennium X213 HHE[Would Put it back into Yorkshire Traction livery it was delivered in] 2. Don't judge! One of the Volvo B6BLE East Lancs Spryte V1** MAK Buses. Simply because they started in yorkshire and i have grown up with them with yorkshire traction and stagecoach. Of course once again in the yorkshire traction livery it was delivered in. 3. Any of the K* YCL olympians that are running around. Preferably K3 YCL. And it would be painted in the original Yorkshire coastliner livery.
