Arriva Yorkshire Destination Blinds and Other Bits

Noted today a few Arrivas having Blue Peter style blinds!
822 having Destination on windscreen "Huddersfield 229"
one of the Presidents "Leeds 229" and another few Striders with Paper blinds with handwritten destinations. What is wrong with these LEDs never seem to work on these buses. Noted this a few times now.

One of the Ikarus DAFs are starting to appear on 219/229 on a few occations now. Usually run by Striders and Volvo deckers.

Some of the New 126/7 Branded Wright Commanders are appearing on 283/4 and 425/7.
Also Noticed a few times 202/3 Branded Lowlanders are on 281 when usually DAFs Single decks. (See Pic)
Why promote a service when they aren't on the right routes!

The 57 plate Commanders should not be on the 425/427 services as they are run from Belle Isle while those Commanders in question are based at Dewsbury.

About the Ikarus DAF, I think 17 or 18 are based at Heckmondwike now.

I thought that too when I saw them. But they were on 425/7 saw them twice this morning. Whats happening to this fleet?
What depot is 425/7 operate from??

Are sure they are not not one of the 1400-08 batch of Commanders?

Not unless they too have been branded for 126/127 Connecting Dewsbury & Wakefield... I'm not so familiar with Arriva these days.

Well I think a few of that batch did not have Connecting Hemsworth branding on them.

I didn't ID the bus but it was definitely branded for 126 and 127 with the towns served depicted along the top of the bus, which I thought was only on the new vehicles?

Some of Wakefield's commanders now have 126/127 branding

with the daf's there're a few at heckmondwike and one at the secondhand fleet depot (selby)
