Engineering work involving the Metrolink tram network will be taking place around the Manchester Victoria area on Sunday. The work will see the exisiting Metrolink network connected to the new Oldham/Rochdale line ready for service next Spring.
As a result, there'll be disruptions to services on the Calderdale and Huddersfield lines.
The Northern Rail Huddersfield-Manchester Victoria service via Marsden, Greenfield and Stalybridge will run to Piccadilly, not serving Ashton-under-Lyne, which is connected by replacement bus service at Stalybridge.
Services running from Leeds to Manchester Victoria via Bradford, Halifax and Rochdale will terminate at Rochdale with connecting replacement bus service.
